We're planning a big event, how many people can you handle?

A single headshot station can handle up to 40 people per hour or 320 per standard full-day. Extended day, multi-day, and multi-station setups are available, to handle events of any size.

What are the background options?

Our most popular options are seamless white and seamless gray. Custom colors, patterns, printed graphics, or environmental options are available.

Where is Destination Headshots available?

We travel all over the USA for the majority of our professional headshot clients for large corporate events, trade shows, and business meetings. Some additional expenses for travel and insurance costs apply for overseas events.

How far in advance should I book?

Most of our commercial clients book 6-12 months ahead to ensure availability, but there is no hard limit. We’ve booked events just a few days away.

Do you also offer traditional event photography and videography?

We’d love to help you with all of your event photography and videography needs. Our parent company, Two Sapphires, specializes in events, and we can put together one comprehensive quote for everything you need. Looking for something a little different?
